Developing UAE National Talent to Meet Abu Dhabi 2030 Vision

Injazat Data Systems is fully committed to supporting UAE National Development as part of its co-ordinated and focused Emiratisation Strategy developed through Human Capital Resources and The Injazat Institute (Ti2) in line with Abu Dhabi 2030 Vision.

Injazat Data Systems is a private sector organization, yet we far exceed the current 4% status for Emirates’ employed and importantly making a significant contribution to the organizations success. With the expected growth of the private sector within the UAE in terms of employment and the growth potential within the IT Sector we built our strategy on Emiratisation encouraging more young and talented Emirates’ into this sector. Currently for the IT Sector Emiratisation is at 5%, we at Injazat are proud that since 2008 to the present date we have maintained between 15-20% Emirate workforce with many in key management and technical positions.

Ti2 have managed to overcome the key challenges faced by many organizations in recruiting, developing and retaining our Emirate workforce through collaborative efforts and a clear focused strategy to implement effective initiatives that support Emiratisation and develop our Emirate talent to make significant contributions to Organization. This has been achieved through:

  4. Evaluation of training effectiveness and return on investment; and
  5. Reward and recognition for high performers linked to overall performance.
