The Injazat Institute (Ti2), an Injazat Data Systems initiative, is a business-oriented career development initiative launched in September 2007 that aims to support Organizations to improve their business performance through high quality training management and best practice consulting in Training & Development disciplines. Ti² provides turn-key professional development solutions by managing the complete training life-cycle, beginning with defining the training needs through to employee certification.
Since its launch, Ti2 has been extremely successful. We have build on this success in 2010, delivering highly successful training projects to both Injazat and a number of high profile clients. We have also re-designed our Career Development Plans (CDP’s) and delivered these to over 130 UAE Nationals for Injazat and external clients. We have focused on delivering internationally recognized certification programs in areas such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Leadership & Management with the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), CISCO, HP, Microsoft, Oracle and ITIL to build on the vision, mission and values that frame an organizations strategic direction.
We are committed to developing UAE Nationals in line with Abu Dhabi 2030 vision. CDP’s developed by us ensure we identify specific skills gaps within their competencies for both their current and future job roles. Based on these skills gaps we develop highly focused development programs that follow a ‘blended approach’ to learning, integrating instructor led with on the job and operational experience to develop the true business professional. The developed processes that make up the CDP support the organizations Human Resource Planning to ensure programs are in line with their workforce plans, succession plans and fast tracking of high potential UAE Nationals.
An outstanding achievement of the program’s Fast Track component are the results demonstrated by Ms.Huda Al Dhaheri who has obtained the prestigious Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP) certification
